Great work environment, team spirit and supportive - Marketing Executive Force Recruitment Employee Review

Pros: Local role with potential for growth (on paper). Some initial enthusiasm from management during hiring process.

Cons: Role was misrepresented during recruitment; promised account management but was primarily sales under high pressure. Extremely high and unrealistic expectations with little support. Team morale was very low; environment felt toxic and family-run with favouritism. Lack of transparency and fairness—felt like a scapegoat for deeper issues. Shortly after my departure, most of the team also left, which speaks volumes.

Decent car. Half decent salary for the role.

Poor management and structure. Expenses were excessive as had to cover GP lunches!
