Started as a junior engineer. Amazing support and development program for anyone starting their careers back then. Culture was great when I was there as well.
Cons
Very few cons. Pay was a little low, but I cannot complain. Raises and pay increases came with experience.
I was treated terribly. I was a part time employee but the manager over my department did not know how to communicate effectively. She was only a few years older than myself at the time with no degree and apparently no training.
