Only positive is the other staff members you meet (not including management)

The way management treat staff is awful. Everyone is spread so thin and expected to do multiple roles outside of their own for a tiny salary. They refuse to hire more staff or increase salaries, which results in burnout, causing a massive staff turnover rate. Please don’t bother working here for your own sanity.
