      Pros

      Only pro is your salary gets credited on time.

      Cons

      1. Bad management 2. Since it's a small company they don't have any authority over employees management. They leave all the decisions to be made to outsourced companies. 3. No earned leaves, so all the leaves u have saved is a waste. 4. No increment in salary whatsoever. So ask for s better package while joining. 5. Management and HR team is a joke. 6. Management is not so professional. 7. Very very bad health insurance policies.

      Pros

      I am senior resource with 15 years of experience and joined ForaySoft after my stint at very large organisations. I can safely say that ForaySoft has been amazing in many ways than I thought of. Our relationship with customer I work with, XILINX in this case has been very strong. We have a relationship of 12 years and have contributed so much. ForaySoft works with only those customers who treat employees with respect and provides equal opportunity. Like any other organisation, they do have short fallings but as a team, we are willing to correct and move forward and that is the strength of ForaySoft.

      Salary as per Market Standards Gets salary ontime if you have billing at client side(TCS)
