Pros
- The 'C' ranked board members are too much friendly and humble. I have worked in other start ups also but I must say they are the best I have seen to date. Being a technical guy I would vote the CTO being best of them all. - I nice concept for their flagship product "Fedena". I simply loved to work for it. - All of the colleagues are friendly and someone will really feel #foradianfamily once they are part of it. - Opinions are valued by seniors, CTO (At least for dev and QA which I know about), any innovative thinking is always welcome. - Pay scale is quite decent, I won't say Foradian is one of the best paymasters around but their pay scale is quite reasonable. - Have not seen their new office. But the old one was quite impressive. I believe the new one is even better. - Work/Life balance is awesome.
Cons
- Not quite sure if it's still a con, but the software stack they were using for their flagship product Fedena a couple of years back was too back dated. I hope they have upgraded or else you might find yourself being a frog in a well. Other products were quite up to date on the market. - Being a product company, Foradian can actually afford to give their employees a work from home facility (Again, I am not sure if they already have started it). - 8 years is a long time, and the domain Foradian has started working was so innovative and with so fewer competitors I actually expected the company to be more popular by 2017.
