Pros
It has a small company feel with only about 12 employees in the office, plus outside sales. The staff is mostly friendly and there's a good work/life balance to a certain degree. The office/business manager really tries to keep everyone happy and show her appreciation of employees, if she likes you.
Cons
The benefits are horrible and only for salaried employees. No PTO for hourly associates and overtime is usually paid in time off instead of time and half. The CEO, along with the parent company are based out of Taiwan, which makes getting anything done that much harder. She is a micro-manager to the max!!! Nothing gets done without her approval, which usually means that NOTHING gets done. It's the type of place where you go to finish off your long career and wait for retirement while collecting a paycheck. No innovation (on the US side), no clear goals, no transparency. You'll do great here if you're a "Yes, ma'am/sir" type of worker who questions nothing.
