My fellow Account Executives were professional, hard working and talented
Cons
Just to keep your head above water you will but in 12 to 14 hours a day. Middle Management is terrible and is not held accountable. You are constantly running around trying to create a smoke show so clients don't realize the leads are bogus. You will receive no training or support as a new person. The company is constantly finding ways to take money away from the sales people. Prepare to micro managed to an epic degree.
