      Pros

      I will never complain too much about having a job that ultimately pays my bills.

      Cons

      Whenever a company says they are like a family there are immediate red flags for a toxic and hostile culture. It’s not possible to have a family environment at work and unfortunately, management are derided to this fact. It’s really not a nice place to work and there are quite a lot of young, inexperienced people in directorial positions.

      The christmas do is the only perk of the job.

      Cons

      Avoid like the plague. A family business that is run on nepotism and will bin you off at any opportunity, especially if you are under 2 years of employment. They promise perks and never deliver on any of them.

      Pros

      Moving from a previous large corporate employer to a family ran business the difference is unbelievable. I have had 8 many happy years to date treated with care, support and love. I could never ask for anymore and hope to be here for my whole career.

      Cons

      Some people may see it as a con and it is not for everyone that because it is a non corp family business people may do things outside of their 'typical' job description. I would say most people who have worked for the FEG actually love this.
