Pros
Foottraffik has been an incredibly rewarding company to work for - one that pushes me to be better, think smarter, and in many ways, I feel like I'm getting paid to attend on-the-job training, or accelerated learning, on what I would consider true "next generation" marketing - knowledge that will be with me forever and absolutely compliment my skill set. Fact is - even the most "schooled" marketer will learn "new tricks" here. As an organization, the culture is great. Although several of us work remotely, I never feel disconnected as there is daily communication via Slack, a weekly video conference call with the team, and as business necessitates, individual meetings via video or phone during the week. Those specifically wondering about the company's diversity, Foottraffik employs some of the brightest minds in marketing and tech with significant multi-cultural / diverse representation. Overall, a very welcoming and open atmosphere. This group is hungry and I have no doubt they are on the cusp of something huge. Even the most seasoned marketer will be impressed with their robust arsenal of digital services and their desire to stay at the forefront in leveraging the very latest in technologies and AI. In it's current form - the here and now - Foottraffik is growing exponentially and serving some of the largest and recognizable names in the legal cannabis business. It is a very busy and productive marketing agency and as laws continue to be reformed their demand will only increase.
Cons
There really aren't cons working at Foottraffik. It's a vibrant marketing agency doing some really cool things - definitely a leader in the space they work in. That said, there is one thing to consider for those wishing to work for the company: A person would not be successful working for Foottraffik if they were to simply "phone it in" or were not motivated. The team is very passionate about marketing, technology, and delivering top-shelf client services. There are a lot of moving parts, the business is growing significantly, new technologies continue to be introduced, and everyone plays a crucial role to the overall success. This is not a place a person can work and expect to fade into the woodwork.
