Company cared about employees. No late nights and only early mornings was during holidays or for inventory.

They are no longer in business. Last day was 12/31/2008

Currently winding down and liquidating, but when we were a productive company, I'd say the wonderful group of people that work here and also the room for growth. In my time with Footstar, starting out as a temporary employee through an agency, I was employeed by Footstar, and promoted twice within the organization.

Currently going out of business. In the past, poor choices were made in certain directions Footstar tried to branch out in. Also, better communication on company public filings. If the public is being given the chance to read a filing, employees as well should be made aware of the new filing.
