Not Valued - Sales Associate Foothills Marine Employee Review

Foothills Marine highly values it's team members. We are proud to have a team of long tenured employees who love what they do. We actually experience very little turnover organization wide. We have experienced some turnover recently in one of our stores and therefore made some new hires. Unfortunately, this particular team member did not turn out to be a good cultural fit and committed a gross violation of company policy that resulted in termination. We highly value our team members, compensate them well, and tie their compensation to performance so that high performing individuals can always improve their standard of living. Employees do have to be on board for longer than 90 days to see salary increases, which this employee was not. We have been in business for over 30 years and have many employees who have been with us for over 10 years, and even one who have been with us for over 25 years. Foothills Marine is a great place to work.
