      Pros

      Flexible schedule, I could ask for a project whenever I had time for it. Projects were due a week after assigned, so no long haul projects.

      Cons

      Could be inconsistent in availability of work, which meant there were times you wouldn't be able to get a project for weeks. Pay was only okay.
