Cons
Almost everything else. When I worked there they also micro managed people after giving them little to no training. I saw several people walk out while I was there. I understand completely. Not only do they not care about their employees, they do not care about their customers. You will get in trouble if you try to help a customer with anything but the simplest issue. I also could not stand their pricing model for support. It basically held their customers hostage and they lost many clients because of this. All of this added onto the fact that they will lie to you and make promises they do not keep as they do their customers. I agree with most of what the last review said. Stay away from them.
