Worst company I have ever worked for. Top management will never hear your opinions as long as you follow them. They talk a big game but they can’t even manage to run things properly. Typical story from father to son, but the son has no idea running it. In conclusion, Never ask management for advice or give your opinion. They will judge & humiliate you in front of the team. They can’t handle it.

Good Management, leisure environment more relax to work, less stressful, you can liaise straight with CEO

so far just if you doing a good job, that is normal. but when you do mistake, they will bragging a bit.
