Products are ridiculously overpriced for the quality and often were faulty causing angry customers. Way too high a focus on KPI’s and trying to get customers to buy something from every category, with no regard for true quality interaction.
Store manager was completely incompetent and immature. No training, nothing but lies, attitude and passive aggressiveness when I’d ask questions or for help.
No support from upper management, only the illusion of it.
Lots of illegal behaviour. Being told to lie to customers about whatever problem they’re experiencing with their device so you can charge them for a repair they don’t need. Working 9.5-10 hour shifts with only a 30 minute break, no 10 minute breaks. Being required to be at work 15 minutes before shift but not being paid for it. Shifts being adjusted to the times you were rostered and not the times you actually worked.
