      Pros

      Good Benefits, lovely offices and work place. Very metro friendly and a beautiful facility. People who work outside admin roles are truly dedicated to their cause and believe in the arts.

      Cons

      Hard work is not rewarded financially, no matter your review, one only receives a 2% COL increase. Gossip runs rampant and people talk about one another in an unprofessional manner. They don't do change, not well, not at all.

      Pros

      I volunteered for the Folger Theatre through high school between 2017 and 2020. Management was quite kind. In exchange for volunteering, I was able to watch every show for free, either on reserved stools in the back of the theatre or, if available, leftover audience seats.

      Cons

      I never experienced any cons, it was a lovely opportunity.

      Getting to see a free play and working alongside experts in the field.

      Unfortunately there weren't many opportunities for moving up at the time.
