Only work here if you’re white, they’re the only ones hired anyway - Senior Associate Fohr Employee Review

This place is an absolute circus. It’s led by people who never peaked in high school and now give themself leadership titles so they can receive the hierarchy that they never had during childhood. I’ve never worked at a company with so many “experts” of people who have only worked at this one job their entire careers. The rest of the staff is filled with people chasing the NYC dream who have absolutely no idea what they’re doing on a daily basis but took the job so they could finally move to New York. All this company does is lie & is fulled with people who gossip all day long. The conversations had by senior leadership and employees are extremely inappropriate, as well as the relationships. If you are black, please save yourself. The micro aggressions & the belittlement you will experience at this company is not worth your mental health. You will be a token and this company will do nothing but work you to the bone and steal your ideas. You will have to work four times as hard as your white peers while they get promoted yearly and receive raises whenever they send an email with a complete sentence in it. Just look at what senior leadership is made of and ask yourself if that’s a space you want to insert yourself in.
