I’ve really enjoyed being part of a growing firm where I can make a real impact. My role gives me the chance to support advisors, help clients, and improve internal processes, which keeps the work interesting. I like that I’m not just doing repetitive tasks every day. There are endless opportunities to learn & take on more responsibility, The culture is very team-oriented and client-focused. People work hard, but they also care about helping each other succeed. One thing that stands out is that effort does not go unnoticed. The firm does a great job at recognizing accomplishments and shoutout great work when they see it. Be ready to work hard, learn quickly, and stay organized. The financial services industry has a lot of moving parts, so attention to detail matters. I’d also say don’t be afraid to ask questions or suggest improvements. If you’re proactive and care about doing good work for clients, you’ll have a chance to do well here.

The firm is growing quickly, so the pace can bring busy days at times. Some workflows and systems are still being refined, but that also creates opportunities to improve efficiencies and make an impact.

I have only been working here for a short time, however it has been the best experience I have had in a really long time. The atmosphere and team has such a family/ small town vibe about it. Foguth is a company that truly lives by their core values every day. Open workspaces and leadership all keep their doors open unless they need to close it. It cultivates a very open and honest work environment which is hard to find. Everyone is on the same team and will help each other out to make sure things get done. No matter what department you are a part of, there is constant mentorship and so many resources that will allow you to continue to grow. The leadership team truly believes in every single person on staff and gives them their full support.
