The engineering talent here is the best I've ever seen, and the technology itself is by far the leader in a hot, hot space. The executive team is very strong and has actually driven engagement with all the large commercial players. The culture is very friendly, and the engineers collaborate well. Right now, there's a pretty clear sense that the company is well-positioned for hockey stick-type growth in the next year and is on track for a very positive exit.
