      Pros

      Compensation structure that is appetizing but operations unable to fulfill business sent across from sales.

      Cons

      CEO that does not listen, pricing rising for all clients making new sales impossible. New compensation plan that is unlivable for accounts. CEO that lied about the professionalism and appearance of the company and refuses to accept anything other than his own ideals.
