Pros

- A lot of very diverse, original projects to work on - Relatively easy to get a full-time contract if you do your job well - Good working atmosphere

Cons

- As of late 2020, salaries are below the industry standards (which are already low in the video game industry) - Hard to see what are the possible job evolutions - Working atmosphere can be a bit too much "goal-reacher" sometimes, feeling a bit blind to operational issues, which can lead to overwork

Cons

- Low salary, even for the video game industry's standards - You're more of a "marketing producer" than a brand manager: you have very little room to have an impact on the marketing strategy, which is decided from A to Z by your managers
