Pros
The clients are amazing individuals. Direct supervisors are on point and almost always available to address your concerns.
Cons
Policies seem to only apply to newer staff rather then staff that has been there from the start or years. Change in policies with out notice to give time for staff to adjust. There are clicks and if you are not one of them they will do what ever they can to try and get you fired. Seeing staff take advantage of clients and their talents and when reported nothing done about it. Hiring new staff at payrates that are higher then staff that has been there. PM's not doing their job making it harder for other staff to do their jobs but yet still have their jobs when numerus complaints have been put in. When they get a number of complaints about life sharing house parent something should be done not ignored and sweep under the rug.
