      -Stable salary (for Russia at least) -Friendly personal

      Cons

      -Сrunches and deadlines almost always -No weekends and holidays -Small salary for permanent overtime, only 1 bonus at Christmas -Unstable management (it was not at all) -"Chaos" in the workplace

      Pros

      Only remote work was available at the time, which was great. Only good thing that I can tell about this company.

      Cons

      Bad management, incompetent staff (but it's not their fault, the management in the company was the worst thing I have ever encountered), small salary (even by Russia's standards) and a lot of other things.
