Pros

Absolutely nothing at all. This is unfortunate but true.....

Cons

This is a call center that uses egregious hiring tactics in an effort to recruit new graduates as well as people who are highly over qualified. However, they also scrape the bottom of the barrel in an effort to fill to 10+ positions who have been fired or quit under the current manager in the past calendar year. The management has admitted to writing multiple reviews for the company in hopes of hiring people. There is limited availability in terms of growth within the call center. They lie through their teeth. You do not get monthly catering. During the time I worked there, the company supplied 1/2 sandwiches from Panera once every couple months. They also tell you that you will do 75% research, 25% calls. This is completely false. You are 100% graded on your call volume. Research only means a basic google search of home values or current listings. There is absolutely zero follow through. You will never know if a house sold due to your efforts. The management is a complete joke and they often get drunk with chosen employees who can do no harm (in terms of the company). No matter how much they tell you that this company is growing and that you have the opportunity to move up, it is ALL a lie. They clearly do not care about their Sacramento office. Working here is only recommended if you have NO other choices, even then I would recommend working at In N Out over this joke of an employment facility. Also, get ready to call people who have not been active in the system for 5+ years. You will absolutely be cold calling people since they have NO recollection of the inquiry they submitted eons ago.

Pros

- Most of the co-workers seemed nice and easy to get along with - Nice office, with great location - Product and business plan is pretty simple and straightforward to get a hold of

Cons

I got a temporary assignment here through a staffing agency. Basically it was mundane call-center work, and pretty straightforward. - My supervisor pretty much gave me a couple lines of script and told me to start calling people, with no other advise to give (this was my first cold-calling job). This would be fine, but no expectations were set, no feedback was given, and so I had no idea what I should be doing different to improve. - I got plenty of calls out, and started to actually get a hang of what I thought was expected of me a couple weeks into the job. However, about three weeks in, I got a call from my staffing agency rep right after I left the office, letting me know that I was let go. I tried emailing my supervisor, as well as the staffing agency to get some feedback as to why I was terminated, but I got no answer. The supervisor did not call me back or respond to my email (the email was strictly professional, and not emotional in any way) - I wasn't really experienced enough in tech sales or there long enough to get a realistic sense of the company, however I thought this specific instance was pretty unprofessional. When terminating someone, no matter how long they were at the company, you deserve some sort of explanation or feedback. Overall a pretty lame temp experience for anyone considering it.
