Pros
I worked for Flyrobe for a little more than 2.5 years. I learned a lot during my time. The benefit of working in a startup is that there is always a lot to learn. Every employee of Flyrobe was really committed to their work and never did mind going an extra mile for the company. Salaries were also decent.
Cons
CEO Shreya Mishra was short tempered and rude lots of times. I've seen her shouting at one of the CC team member, "chalo chalo aage bado abhi" when the girl had some doubt. On the other hand, cofounder Pranay Surana never pays attention to anything. He will never reply to email, text or calls. Teams were given crazy unachievable targets and when you put all your blood and sweat into the project, they randomly drop the whole thing. Decisions were taken randomly, new categories get introduced overnight and dropped overnight. The whole process can make anyone anxious. Two months ago, they suddenly decided to sell the company and decided to fire all the employees with 15 days notice and no severance. Everyone is still waiting for their salaries, bonuses and PFs while both the co-founders are travelling to exotic locations. Everyone has some or other liability; home loan, education loan, etc.
