You can become a "handyman" pretty quickly if that's what you wish to be.

Work culture that prays on young (adult and old) people's inability to say no. You learn to work by "rolling with the punches" -cynicism,macho culture, racism(!) and over reliance on overtime. There were more reasons why people decided to quit their job in my time there - mainly because of disrespect.

The company has good work / life balance. All in all people are nice and good to work with, culture & atmosphere are nice too.

Senior management is very arrogant, manager are not professional, a lot of office politics. Project seemed stuck. very limited career opportunities. hard work is not acknowledged, and there is no bonus plan or compensation. I wouldn't recommend my friends to work there.
