      Pros

      Competent colleagues, decent salary, some empathy. Lot of valuable assets (people and infrastructure) that could be exploited.

      Cons

      Managers pretend issues do not exist and tend to let situations evolve to a point where the fix can be harmful for everyone. Lot of collateral damage. Top management is too shareholder-adept. Too many management levels.

      Salary is a plus. They have money.

      Cons

      - Lack of respect for people. In 3 months, I saw 3 people getting burnouts. Everyone looks nice, but it's a big trap. You don't know what are you developing for and there is zero expectation management and support. very toxic leadership and worst HR support I've ever faced in a company.
