Terrible. Lack of diversity subjected to bullying behaviour by the CEO - Project Manager FluroSat Employee Review

My ideas as an intern were always valued, the company's culture is inclusive and supportive even though employees work internationally, and there is a positive and continuous feedback loop from your superiors which helped me learn and grow a lot. FluroSat is a female-led company and genuinely cares about its employees, I really enjoyed working here!

Can't think of anything, as I said I really learned a lot and enjoyed working here! Only left because of personal reasons.

The early years of FluroSat were turbulent. Like any startup, we were figuring out where our place in the market was and fighting to establish ourselves. During those early years, we had higher employee turnover, as it was harder to find the right people, and we had to try out many different candidates for a role until we would find the right fit of experience+dedication+ownership+learner's mindset. Glad to be through those challenges with our amazing team.
