      Pros

      Many great people, passionate about their work. They value their employees, invest in their training, and treat them well. HR has been fantastic in their efforts to keep people connected while working remote. Lot's of positive energy. Beautiful new office building including a gym. I love the 9/80 work week, and having every other Friday off!

      -control over your own schedule/independence -minimal micro management -opportunity for advancement

      Cons

      As of today it was announced the 9/80 flexible every other Friday off schedule is no more. This is a warning to potential employees. For me this was a huge perk and critical to work/life balance. It is very unfortunate and I am reconsidering my future with this company. The current job openings however still advertise the 9/80 schedule so be aware Management also continues to make decisions that are supposed to save money but end up creating more waste and spend more money than they are worth.
