      Pros

      I have been here for almost a year and have really enjoyed it. My leaders and team have been very insightful and willing to mentor as I grow in my role. Always felt a part of the team! Open communication from all levels with a clear vision of what the future has in store. Provided the necessary tools to deliver effective results. Fast paced - it keeps things interesting and exciting People are friendly and outgoing. Always something fun and interactive going on. Love the 9/80 work week schedule!

      Cons

      Due to being a contractor (temp)- no paid holidays, paid time off or company benefits (which I knew going into the role, just part of being a contractor)

      -control over your own schedule/independence -minimal micro management -opportunity for advancement

      Cons

      As of today it was announced the 9/80 flexible every other Friday off schedule is no more. This is a warning to potential employees. For me this was a huge perk and critical to work/life balance. It is very unfortunate and I am reconsidering my future with this company. The current job openings however still advertise the 9/80 schedule so be aware Management also continues to make decisions that are supposed to save money but end up creating more waste and spend more money than they are worth.
