4yI can confirm that whoever wrote this review is not the Chairman. It is difficult to respond to these comments without knowing what specific aspects are being complained about, and it is a shame that this employee did not share their concerns before leaving, when we could have addressed them. There are multiple channels of communication available, formal and informal, and an anonymous employee engagement survey, where employees are encouraged to share any feedback, good and bad, so that we can respond to problems and situations as they arise.
