Like many companies during the COVID-19 pandemic, we have taken steps in the short term in the interests of protecting jobs and allowing our business to thrive in the long term. And we completely get that some of these steps are steps that not everyone is thrilled about. But we have at all times acted lawfully, treated every employee equitably and communicated promptly and transparently – even when what we have had to communicate has been unpleasant. But we hope that i) the faith that the majority of team members continue to place in each other and in the impact that we can have on healthcare and ii) the steps we have taken to give employees a chance to be rewarded financially in the long term for their sacrifices in the short term, will allow us all to get through these uncertain times stronger together.
