Pros
Very open at giving people chances. Wide variety of positions that would suit anyone. Current Plant Manager (2023) which they brought back is for the employees. He was replaced for few years but they brought him back. He works side by side with his employees to get the job done.
Cons
atmosphere is very hot during the summer
