Pros
Not a whole lot of overtime in most departments. Pay is compatible. People are friendly especially those on second shift. Team Leaders and Supervisors are very understanding.
Cons
Insurance and 401k not so great. Lots of turnovers. Very HOT in the summer months. So many many many things need to be fixed in that plant! Maintenance are not being educated enough to be doing some of the repairs that they do there, so everything just gets patched up till it breaks down again. Management is screaming with high BP ready to stroke out cause of low efficiency… that’s why I had to leave. Otherwise, not so bad.
