- Can fall into the trap of making sure your are compliant, can mean that your personality sometimes falls to the wayside when speaking with customers. There is a fine balance and sometime you are talking to the compliance officer listening back to the call rather than the customer.
- Every so often you need to work a Saturday, 9am till 1pm. While not wholly bad can often take away from your weekend. Would rather not have to work any Saturdays.
- You are required to work at least one late shift (finishing at 6.30pm or 7.30pm) but you still start at 9am
- While the building and facilities are great, the office where you work can be bland. If the office is loud it can sometimes be hard to hear people speak on the phone or come through your headset to the customer.
