Pros

This role allowed me to work around my class schedule as a college student. I mostly interacted with the senior account manager / designer / internship coordinator and he was very receptive to new marketing ideas and worked with me to make them happen!

Cons

The Student Ambassador program was set up where we didn't get paid till the end of the semester

Pros

Training and equipment sent to properly become a Brand Ambassador are quite effective and efficient. The managers of each region are very responsive and are willing to help, and the resources they provide via their website are easily accessible and beneficial.

Cons

Because the job is campus-wide across different universities in the nation, the business cannot completely help work around or bypass certain campus regularities. This causes difficulties in doing your job better by having to abide by these restrictions. The system also tends to glitch at times, but overall they are problems that you can overcome with innovation and intuition.
