Pros
- Unique business model that aligns well with the future of the industry (ecommerce fulfillment). -Positive, team oriented work environment. I really don't think i've been part of a team who truly loves the work they do and is aligned towards the same mission. - Exciting and evolving industry. Supply chain and logistics evolving rapidly and you learn something new every day. - Flowspace is solving real problems that businesses have to prepare for to "future proof" their business. Ecommerce businesses especially have a difficult time scaling their fulfillment to beat (and even meet) consumer expectations. Flowspace allows they to do so easily and focus on the important parts of investing back into growing their business (investing in SEO, ppc, ads, etc.) -Everyone is super friendly and welcoming :)
Cons
- Its a fast moving industry and you need to be adaptable to change. Similar to any high growth startup.
