Pros
Working at Flowspace is extremely challenging and extremely fulfilling. The work is dynamic and fast-paced, and every day you are pushing to redefine how a massive, existing industry works. You really feel like you are changing an industry for the better, and you are doing it with a great team of people.
Cons
There is never an easy day. The team puts in a lot of effort together, and we push ourselves to execute. This is not a typical 9 to 5, everyone on the team has ownership and an incentive to win and to build an amazing company.
