      Pros

      My interview went well, i like my supervisor and my team. The office building is modern and has free parking. I work from home 3 days a week. The laptop they provided is sufficient for work.

      Cons

      Learning the job is a bit slow.

      Great culture and exciting goals.

      Difficulty working in silos across facilities due to systems being different and not integrated into common system upon mergers.
