Pros
1. Good Infrastructure & on time salary are the only good things. 2. If you are not performing also they will not send you to home.
Cons
1. Workers union have started & Higher management have given them more salary than the staff so like a worker with ITI qualification will be getting more salary than the engineer. 2. Tamalians will be getting more salary than local people as all department HOD's are either Tamil or Malayali. 3. Lot of internal politics & if your good with immediate boss than only you will get good hike else will be sidelined. 4. Local management & all HOD's are mean minded, don't want there subordinates to grow and develop. All Bosses want to save there head. 5. Office staff & Union workers are benefited more than shop floor, Management is least bothered about employee satisfaction.
