      Good Salary, system driven, in engg team there good amount of tools are available to use and improve the efficiency of drawing and bom. Top management is good ie until Precedent level.

      Cons

      Management in Bangalore is not professional, groupism is there, toxic culture, shouting is common in meetings. Targets engg people, Many manager and HR shows the partiality, supports the candidates from their region and language. No succession plan, no proper training to new joiners,

      Difficulty working in silos across facilities due to systems being different and not integrated into common system upon mergers.

      A lot of good people working here.

      Cons

      Outsourcing too much design work to India and running with too little design and engineering staff in Kalamazoo. Quality is really suffering at the expense of speed. Nexus is a really poor PLM system. It has hurt productivity significantly and caused employees immense frustration.
