Last year, the team shared that they would like to further understand our strategic priorities, so we developed and implemented a strategy document and dashboard that clearly sets out our priorities for each quarter. We regularly review this with the team, and share updates at our monthly All Hands. Our recent eNPS was 42 (ranking of Excellent), which is a score we’re happy with and aim to keep improving through initiatives we’ve been rolling out since last year. When we conducted recent 1:1s with the team, the overriding theme around our culture is how collaborative and inclusive we are at FLOWERBX and the opportunities on offer for on-the-job learning. There’s always room for improvement, we’ve listened to feedback, and are now working on further development and progression opportunities we can offer the team moving forward. We wouldn’t be where we are without the amazing team we have so we are very much focused on how we can continue to improve as an employer.
