- Responsibility of project success is placed on developers, despite very limited input on priorities or timelines - The voice of developers is often ignored - Traders are always put first (everyone else needs and opinions come last) - Promotion is who speaks the loudest, not the best suited for the job - Very male-dominated environment - Outdated management style - Quantity of what is delivered in more important than quality
