Pros
It's a good place to start as a young, first time factory employee.
Cons
The pay is not competitive (especially if you're a woman), the benefits are terrible, upper management is more worried about employing friends and family than hiring people qualified for the job. There is no room for growth within the company, and even if one manages to, the company does not provide any outside (or inside) training in how to be a better team lead, supervisor, manager, etc. They will not invest in their employees financially, educationally, or personally. The disconnect between management and production is so large, one would need a golf cart to reach the other side.
