Pros

I really enjoy being one of the the Flow-Cal team of employees. Each day is fast paced that offers new opportunities and challenges where the team is able develop timely solutions. All of the team members and departments work together with an open communication style.

Cons

I really can not think of any real cons to working at Flow-Cal.

Pros

I am currently employed by FC, so here is the skinny. This is a fast growing company and opportunity is there for those that want it. However, you will have to stand out from the rest. Each of us have different things we desire in a job or employer and this changes over time, depending on what phase of life we are in usually. So what do you want? What are you looking for in a company? For some it is being challenged and room for growth, for others it is stability and community. What I can tell you is that this company has it all. Want to get noticed? Sounds simple, but just work hard and work smart. Want community? Every month our events committee hosts several events during and after work hours. Yes, engineers and developers have been known to play hard too! Want to be challenged? Oh don’t worry. Trust me when I say, you will learn something new every day. Want stability? I worked at both large and small companies prior to coming here. I witnessed and was part of layoffs, so I am happy to report that this company has never had a layoff and has an excellent rate of retention. I am a FC lifer, because I love the fun environment, I have friends here and it feels like family, I am appreciated and recognized for the work I do, and I am continuously being challenged. Can you say that about your company?

Cons

Must always be on your A game.
