Growing pains - wearing lots of hats

Hybrid position. Benefits were decent.

Company was very unorganized. Roles were not properly defined. Management was passive aggressive and favored certain staff. I agree with the other review that mentioned that they exhibit discriminatory behaviors & get away from it. They blindside their staff and then randomly let them go as they feel like it- but this appears to happen most to a particular group of people. They also were not up front regarding travel and had us traveling very far distances multiple times a week (I.e. traveled to a client 3 hrs away). The Co-founder is a horrible person. Not much room for growth since they appeared to not know what they were doing
