New product functionality is consistently being released which improves sales opportunities. Sales leadership is aligned on the vision and collaborating very well. Customer support is some of the best I have seen. Even winning awards for the impact we have actually made. Seeing the team rally to support our customers is very encouraging and our customers are happy with the results.

No reals cons that I experience, you are simply expected to do the role you are here to do. Do it at a high level and you will really enjoy working here. The reps who mention cons of sales are likely those not willing to put in the work to get it done. We all have a role in this company and you are expected to do your job. The reps who are hitting goals and putting in the work are not the first ones to write a review, they are too busy closing deals.
