Leadership wasn’t the best. Very high school and they seemed to worry more about being “popular” or liked by whatever new “cute” sales guy started that week. Many inappropriate relationships and managers participating in starting/circulating rumors. HR is not there for you they are there for the company. They don’t take sexual harassment seriously in fact you’ll be asked if you talked about it with the person doing the harassment. And the person doing it is part of management.
