      Pros

      Great team of people all working towards a common goal. They give you all of the mentorship that you need to get started and become an independent financial advisor including leads, training classes, and motivation. The culture at this company is one of a kind, and I guarantee you won't find many jobs with an office like FFA.

      Cons

      Long hours. 7:30-5/5:30 100% commission- you start slow and some advance faster than others. You may make $10,000 in your first 2 months, or $0 in your first 5 months. cold calling-300 calls a week

      Pros

      There are no pros whatsoever for working at Florida Financial Advisors.

      Cons

      There is no salary even though they said there would be one during the interview process. You aren't trained to be a financial advisor. You are trained to sell insurance and annuities. Even if you do tough it out, you will be subjected to weekly cult-like CEO worship and a multi-level marketing style organization structure. The only way to succeed long-term is to go into management and make money off of people you pull into taking the job.
