Flora really yells at her employees, treats them with no respect. Working for her becomes extremely unbearable by the day because of her toxic behavior. Newly hired employees want to leave as soon as possible. She calls everyone in the office's attention just to scold an employee and criticize what they did, giving undeserving humiliation in front of everyone for the simplest things. She is a micromanager, it is impossible to work on your own with her. As she watches you, she negatively questions your every move, how you do things, and eventually your logical thinking. You will not develop anything here except anger, hate, trauma, anxiety, and stress. You will feel bad as you see your co-employees receive Flora's outrageous yelling, and horrible treatment.
